Yes, we automatically send an email confirmation for every online order. Sometimes our emails end up in the spam or junk folder so please check there if you don’t see it. You should receive an email confirming your order pretty much immediately. This email is sent from sales@premieresales.com with the subject line, “Your Premiere Sales order has been received!”

Please whitelist our email address (sales@premieresales.com) so you will get other emails from us in your Inbox. How to whitelist an email.

Once we ship your order, you’ll receive an “Order Complete” email containing the shipping details and tracking number for your purchase.

If you place your order via phone, we will email you a sales receipt including tracking information once we ship your order.

  • Free shipping for orders $199 or more (before tax)
  • $8 shipping for orders under $199 (before tax)

Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground. We are located in southern California, so most orders arrive in 1 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available – give us a call on (760) 282-4668, email us at sales@premieresales.com, or live chat for options / costs. Please note that expedited shipping is not an option at check-out on our website, please contact us to arrange.

Alaska & Hawaii, Puerto Rico

  • $12 shipping for replacement filter cartridges, replacement filter kits, RO membranes, or other relatively small items/orders
  • Shipping rates for large orders or bulky items are at cost and depend on weight and destination. After you place your order, we will contact you if this is the case to discuss the options.

Unfortunately we do not offer local pickup / will call.

We ship to the United States and select items to Puerto Rico and Canada only.

Making sure that you receive your order quickly is a top priority for us. We take pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible – most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders are shipped from our location in Southern California. Shipping times vary by provider (US Mail or UPS Ground) and destination, however your order is most likely to arrive within 1-7 days from when it is shipped. Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS and UPS are experiencing longer than usual delivery times.

You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped and the tracking information. Sometimes this email may end up in the “junk” folder so be sure to check in there.

If your shipping address is in California, you will automatically be charged sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California are not taxed.

You may return or exchange most unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at returns@premieresales.com with your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions of how to easily your item. All returns must have a Return Authorization number.

All our products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. Please refer to individual products for extended warranty information beyond this 30-day warranty.

It will vary by product and water conditions, but as a general rule of thumb most of our water filters should be changed once per year, and membranes should be changed once every 2-3 years.
