Premiere Sales charges a Flat Rate Shipping Rate of $9.99 for all orders in the continental United States. Orders over $89 ship for FREE – it’s just that easy!

Premiere Sales does its best to make sure international packages go through with no delays or additional duties. Although it’s pretty rare, our shipments occasionally get stopped for inspection by the customs department of the receiving country. If your shipment gets inspected by your country’s customs officials, you’ll be responsible for paying any extra duties or taxes associated with that shipment. It’s REALLY expensive for us to have a package returned from overseas. So, if you refuse to pay these duties, we’ll charge you for the return freight, the additional duties and a 15% re-stocking fee. Ouch!

Orders placed before 1:00pm PST, Monday through Friday generally ship that same day. Please remember that we are closed on weekends and USA national holidays, so orders placed on Fridays after 1:00pm PST are shipped on Monday (the next business day). Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Depending on the shipping service chosen, your order will arrive in 1 to 6 business days.

If your shipping address is in California, you will automatically be charged 7.75% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of CA are not taxed.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by certified check or money order if you call and place your order by phone. We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card for your own protection. It is the safest and fastest method of payment.

All returned goods must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call toll-free @ 1.800.817.6306 or 760.433.7238 for a Return Authorization number. If you return anything without a Return Authorization, it is automatically subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer pays the cost of original outgoing shipping (from Premiere Sales to customer). Be certain to clearly write Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. We apologize, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs, except for defective products and all returns must be insured for the purchase amount. If you are returning non-defective product we will issue credit for the original purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and customer pays the cost of original outgoing shipping (from Premiere Sales to customer). Restocking Fees are waived for exchanges of items of equal value or more. Please note that even unused items are subject to a re-stocking fee. Credit will be issued to the original credit card only.

Coupon or promo codes may only be used once and are limited to one per household. We reserve the right to reject a coupon or promo code after the order is submitted if customer/household attempts to use same promo code more than once. We also reserve the right to to reject any coupon or promo code (even after the order is submitted) if we deem the coupon was obtained in a fraudulent way (i.e., transferred, copied, etc.). Coupon or promo codes can only be applied at time of order so be sure to enter it at check-out if ordering online, or mention it if placing an order via telephone. Coupon or promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. For coupons or promo codes with minimum purchase requirement, minimum purchase refers to the amount before shipping and taxes (if applicable). Coupon and promo codes for “Free Shipping” are applicable for standard $9.99 shipping only, not valid for special orders or for expedited shipping.
