PS-2400X – 2,400 GPD Reverse Osmosis Commercial System with Premier Features Included

The latest and greatest in commercial reverse osmosis technology delivering a 50% – 60% recovery rate which is significantly better performance than other commercial RO systems on the market. This commercial reverse osmosis system is low maintenance, highly productive, and fully automatic. The compact design delivers up to 2,400 gallons per day. It has a water recirculation valve so it saves water and is a much more environmentally friendly RO system.

What Others are Searching

NEW reverse osmosis commercial system with all top of the line features included. The PS-2400X commercial RO system has a 2,400 gallon per day capacity, is fully automatic, and has a 50-60% recovery rate. This system beats the competition on features and price!

The PS-2400X commercial reverse osmosis system delivers high performance, superior quality, and cost savings compared to other systems on the market. This commercial RO system is low maintenance, highly productive, and fully automatic operation. It has a compact design with a daily production range of 2,100 – 2,400 gallons per day of pure, healthy water. It’s the perfect system for the food service industry, coffee shops, breweries, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing industries, and more.

The Premiere PS-2400X has a recirculation valve – a water-saving feature that recycles the waste water back through the system to purify as much water as possible. Many commercial RO systems do not have this revolutionary feature and therefore waste a lot more water in the production process. The recirculation valve on the PS-2400X makes it one of the most efficient commercial reverse osmosis systems on the market.

Our commercial reverse osmosis system is superior to the Flexeon BT-1500 / Flexeon BT-2000AXEON 2000 reverse osmosis systems because it has a higher daily flow rate (capacity). The PS-2400X can produce 2,100 – 2,400 gallons per day, whereas the BT series is only a 1,500 – 2000 GPD reverse osmosis system.

The PS-2400X has a 50-60% standard recovery rate. This is highly efficient for a commercial reverse osmosis system. Standard recovery is the amount of water that is being recovered as good, pure water (also known as permeate). Another way to look at it is the amount of water that is not sent to drain as concentrate. The higher the standard recovery percent, the more permeate water is produced and the less water that is being sent to drain. Plus, since the PS-2400X has built-in recycle feature, it’s possible to recirculate the drain water through the process again.

The PS-2400X is fully automatic for optimum performance. Other commercial RO systems such as the Flexeon BT-2000S (standard model) are manual, or it’s an expensive upgrade to receive to a computer controller (BT-2000 advanced and premier models) which don’t even have as many features as the PS-2400X.

Available as just the system ($4,522) or with an 120 gallon storage tank ($5,475) Free delivery within contiguous USA!

For us to process your purchase of the PS-2400X, we do require a copy of a recent water quality report to ensure this system is suited for your water conditions and to determine if pre-treatment is required. We will be in touch after you purchase this item, or you can send the report to This product may take 2 – 3 weeks to be shipped.

PS-2400X Commercial Reverse Osmosis System Features and Benefits

  • High capacity system designed to treat 2,100 – 2,400 gallons per day
  • 50-60% standard recovery rate – a proprietary waste and recirculation valve recirculates the waste water back through the purification process. With a production ratio of at least 1:1 (1 or less gallon of waste water per 1 gallon of RO water produced) that’s virtually the most efficient a commercial reverse osmosis can be.
  • 316 stainless steel needle valve for waste and recirculation
  • Fully automatic for optimum performance
  • Integrated, digital Aquatrol EC-100 controller featuring a time delay, level switch, On/Off, fast flush, and TDS sensor to monitor water quality product
  • Built-in safety features include a manual-automatic selector switch, electrical contactor (24 Amps), thermal relay (24 Amps), low pressure switch (yellow LED with a 4-12 psi range) , and power indicator light (green LED)
  • Start timer delay – a 10 second delay helps detect problems with valve or voltage spikes to protect your system
  • Innovative technology which lets you fast flush (clean) the membrane whenever it gets full of contaminants at the click of a button
  • This system includes one 5 micron polyspun sediment pre-filter and one Hydron high performance membrane with a 99.5% stable rejection rate
  • 304 stainless steel membrane housing is strong, durable, and corrosion resistant
  • Two pressure gauges – 0-100 and 0-300 PSI glycerin-filled pressure gauges
  • High pressure 1.5 HP pump
  • Pre-plumbed, wired and assembled on electrostatic powder coated frame
  • This system is very easy to set up and run – simply attach the feed, waste, and product connections and turn the system on
  • High quality components and accessories
  • Excellent cost to benefit ratio
  • Optional 120 gallon storage tank available (select this option from the model options)
  • 1 year warranty

Replacement filter & membrane for the PS-2400X RO system:

  • Sediment pre-filter: 1 x PPG20/01 (1 micron) OR 1 x PPG20/05 (5 micron) – replacement frequency depends on incoming water conditions and how much water is being filtered. For example, if you have water with lots of sediment and you’re processing thousands of gallons per day every day, the filter will need to be replaced more frequently than if you were processing thousands of gallons a few days a month.
  • RO membrane: 1 x PS-ROX-MEM – again, replacement frequency depends on incoming water conditions and how much water is being filtered. Should be replaced at least once every 1 – 2 years.

Does your incoming water contain chlorine?

If your incoming water contains chlorine, you will want to treat the water before it enters the PS-2400X. This is because chlorine will wear down the RO membrane prematurely and very quickly, costing you way more money and hassle if you don’t have adequate pre-treatment. Depending on your chlorine level and the amount of water you are filtering, you may want to consider a BG-20CB or a carbon tank. If you have any questions, please let us know and we’re happy to help determine what, if any, pre-treatment you may need.
