This HydroGuard reverse osmosis membrane fits the 4 stage HydroGuard twist reverse osmosis system (HDGT-45 series, PS-SQC50). It effectively reduces TDS (total dissolved solids) and sodium as well as a wide range of contaminants such as arsenic, lead, chromium, copper, radium, cysts and more. The membrane is the core of your reverse osmosis system. As contaminants collect on the membrane, water from the feed solution sweeps it away and out its own tube. The cleansed permeate, or purified water, stream continues separately from the drain stream to the storage tank. The HydroGuard RO membrane reduces impurities and delivers clean, pure, great tasting drinking water.
