After working in the water filtration industry for CUNO (now 3M Purification) for 15 years during the ’80s and ’90s, Tony Special – yes, that’s his real last name! – saw that high quality, affordable water filtration solutions were really lacking on the internet. With a growing, young family at home, he decided to take a leap and start an online water filtration company in early 1997, based in Oceanside, California.

Since then, we’ve been solving water problems for families, businesses, municipalities, and wholesalers for over 20 years. We are an independent, online business still based in Oceanside and selling nationwide. Our friendly service and knowledgeable water filtration experts can answer your water treatment questions.
