Free Shipping for Orders $199 or More
There is free shipping within the contiguous United States for orders of over $199. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 1-7 days. Exceptions: Some special order items that cannot be ordered through our website. Your quote or invoice will indicate if there are any shipping charges.
$8 Flat Rate Shipping on Orders under $199
There is an $8 shipping charge for orders less than $199 that are shipping within the contiguous United States. These orders are also shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 1-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Expedited Shipping
Most items are shipped from our location in Goodyear, Arizona. If you need your order faster than standard USPS Mail or UPS Ground, please contact us on (760) 282-4668, email us at sales@premieresales.com, or live chat for options / costs for expedited shipping. Please note that there is no option for expedited shipping at check-out on our website.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
There is a $12 shipping charge for small orders and $20 for systems shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Small items may include replacement filter cartridges, replacement filter kits, or filter membranes. Large orders or bulky items (such as systems) may incur additional shipping costs. Shipping rates depend on weight and destination. If you have an item in your cart that does not qualify for the $12 or $20 flat rate shipping, please contact us to continue with the order.
Shipping to Canada

We now ship some items to Canada. It’s not possible to place an order to Canada through our website so please contact us at sales@premieresales.com or (760) 282-4668 to let us know what you would like to order and your shipping address.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Making sure that you receive your order quickly is a top priority for us and therefore most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We are a small team, but that doesn’t slow us down! Most orders are shipped from our location in Arizona. Shipping times vary by destination and shipping provider,, however your order is most likely to arrive within 1- 6 business days from when it is shipped. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped and the tracking information. Sometimes this email may end up in the “junk” folder so be sure to check in there.
