Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Please send us a quote request with the item, quantity, and your shipping address. 

How do I track my order?

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes, we offer a loyalty program where you can earn points for purchases and other activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

  • Free US shipping for orders over $199 (excludes AK & HI)
  • $8 US shipping for orders under $199 (excludes AK & HI)
  • Alaska & Hawaii - $12 shipping for small orders. $20 shipping for systems. Shipping for large orders / bulky items depends on the weight and destination. If you have an item in your cart that does not qualify for flat rate shipping please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Canada - Request a shipping quote

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and select items to Canada only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You'll typically receive your order within 2 - 8 business days from when you place your order. It may vary due to destination and product availability.

Can I come pick up my order?

No, unfortunately it’s not possible to come pick up or will call any orders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please visit our returns page for all the details. If you receive an incorrect,  damaged, or defective item, we will take care of it for you - please contact our customer service team at support@premieresales.com.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order for it and return the original item for a refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Please visit our Returns page for more information.

Do you offer free returns?

In an effort to minimize unnecessary shipping, packaging waste, and carbon emissions associated with returns, we do not offer free returns. However, if you receive an incorrect,  damaged, or defective item, we will take care of it for you - please contact our customer service team at support@premieresales.com.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

Please email our customer service team within seven days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item if needed.
