NEW reverse osmosis commercial system with all top of the line features included. The PS-2400X commercial RO system has a 2,400 gallon per day capacity, is fully automatic, and has a 50-60% recovery rate. This system beats the competition on features and price!

The PS-2400X commercial reverse osmosis system delivers high performance, superior quality, and cost savings compared to other systems on the market. This commercial RO system is low maintenance, highly productive, and fully automatic operation. It has a compact design with a daily production range of 2,100 – 2,400 gallons per day of pure, healthy water. It’s the perfect system for the food service industry, coffee shops, breweries, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing industries, and more.

The Premiere PS-2400X has a recirculation valve – a water-saving feature that recycles the waste water back through the system to purify as much water as possible. Many commercial RO systems do not have this revolutionary feature and therefore waste a lot more water in the production process. The recirculation valve on the PS-2400X makes it one of the most efficient commercial reverse osmosis systems on the market.

Our commercial reverse osmosis system is superior to the Flexeon BT-1500 / Flexeon BT-2000 / AXEON 2000 reverse osmosis systems because it has a higher daily flow rate (capacity). The PS-2400X can produce 2,100 – 2,400 gallons per day, whereas the BT series is only a 1,500 – 2000 GPD reverse osmosis system.

The PS-2400X has a 50-60% standard recovery rate. This is highly efficient for a commercial reverse osmosis system. Standard recovery is the amount of water that is being recovered as good, pure water (also known as permeate). Another way to look at it is the amount of water that is not sent to drain as concentrate. The higher the standard recovery percent, the more permeate water is produced and the less water that is being sent to drain. Plus, since the PS-2400X has built-in recycle feature, it’s possible to recirculate the drain water through the process again.

The PS-2400X is fully automatic for optimum performance. Other commercial RO systems such as the Flexeon BT-2000S (standard model) are manual, or it’s an expensive upgrade to receive to a computer controller (BT-2000 advanced and premier models) which don’t even have as many features as the PS-2400X.

Replacement filter & membrane for the PS-2400X RO system:

  • Sediment pre-filter: 1 x PPG20/01 (1 micron) OR 1 x PPG20/05 (5 micron) – replacement frequency depends on incoming water conditions and how much water is being filtered. For example, if you have water with lots of sediment and you’re processing thousands of gallons per day every day, the filter will need to be replaced more frequently than if you were processing thousands of gallons a few days a month.
  • RO membrane: 1 x PS-ROX-MEM – again, replacement frequency depends on incoming water conditions and how much water is being filtered. Should be replaced at least once every 1 – 2 years.
