Replacement Water Filter Kit for PS-ALKRO (HydroGuard HDGT-45 Reverse Osmosis System + Alkaline Inline Filter)

This alkaline water filter replacement kit contains three (3) Hydroguard twist-style cartridges which are easily installed in the PS-ALKRO system; plus one (1) alkaline inline post-filter with quick-connect fittings. The PS-ALKRO-RC filter kit reduces harmful contaminants and alkalizes the water.

• Increases healthful minerals in drinking water. Alkaline filter adds organic and natural calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium ions.
• Increases pH to 8.5 – 10. RO water is not alkaline and has a low pH (typically 5 – 6.5 pH), so the alkaline post filter produces pH balanced water.
• Increases the negative oxidation reduction potential (antioxidant level). Makes water more easily absorbed into the body
• These high performance filters only need to be changed once per year.

If you have the 4 stage HydroGuard twist reverse osmosis system (HDGT-45 Series / PS-SQC50) (non-alkaline), it’s easy to upgrade to having alkaline water. Simply install the inline alkaline post-filter in the tubing after the RO system and before it goes to the faucet. This alkaline inline filter has quick-connect fittings which makes replacing or installing this filter quick and easy.
