Replacement Membrane for the PS-PURUF Ultrafiltration System and PS-PH200 Ultrafiltration + Alkaline System
This 0.02 micron replacement ultrafiltration membrane is easily installed in the Premiere PS-PURUF ultrafiltration system (previously called PS-UFPOU1) and Premiere PS-PH200 ultrafiltration + alkaline system. (Read more these drinking water systems below). The membrane is the module on top of the metal bracket of the system. This ultrafiltration membrane is the workhorse of the PS-PURUF and PS-PH200 system – it remove particulates and solids like bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and colloidal materials on a microscopic level. Easily backflush (clean) this membrane by turning the valve on your PS-PURUF or PS-PH200 system. Backflushing is good for this membrane – it helps prolong the life. Extra long membrane life up to 3 years. Maintains naturally occurring minerals for health and taste.
PS-PURUF / PS-PH200 Replacement Membrane Features and Benefits:
0.02 micron UF membrane – Filters out solids / particulates as small as 0.02 micron including: bacteria, protozoa, cysts, viruses, algae, dirt, mold, silt, colloidal silica, clay, iron, sand, lead particulate, and more.
Operates smoothly under low pressure – up to 1.5 gallon per minute flow rate depending on incoming water pressure
Zero waste water during the purification process. A conventional reverse osmosis system may waste 3 – 25 gallons of water to produce one gallon of reverse osmosis water. This membrane is revolutionary in that is does not waste water in the production of purified water.
Back flushing membrane ensures longer water membrane life. When a membrane undergoes a backward flush, its pores are flushed inside out to clean it of contaminants. Innovative technology lets you flush (clean) the membrane whenever it gets full of contaminants. You can tell when it’s time to flush the membrane because there will be a drop in water pressure. Simply turn the valve to flush the membrane (please note that a small amount of water will be discharged while the valve is open). Membrane should be replaced every 2-3 years.
Easy installation in the PS-PURUF or PS-PH200 system – Module membrane with an inlet and outlet (3/8″) and flush port (1/4″) that easily connects to your Premiere PS-PURUF or PS-PH200 system to replace the used one
Please note that this membrane is NOT recommended for water with a high TDS level (over 500 ppm) or if you wish to remove all TDS, or for use with water softeners that use sodium (salt).
More about the Premiere PS-PURUF Ultrafiltration Membrane System
The Premiere ultrafiltration system (PS-PURUF) is a revolutionary undersink water filter! Ultrafiltration is 100% efficient compared to reverse osmosis: it does not produce waste water. The PS-PURUF has a 0.02 micron ultrafiltration membrane removes particulates and solids like bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and colloidal materials on a microscopic level. Ultrafiltration operates smoothly at low pressure; no pump or electricity required. This system produces water on demand with an outstanding flow rate of up to 1.5 gallons per minute. Innovative feature lets you easily backflush (clean) the UF membrane when it gets clogged with contaminants…you can’t do this with other filters or membranes, they need to be replaced when clogged. Extra long membrane life up to 3 years. Maintains naturally occurring minerals for health and taste.
Premiere PS-PURUF System Features and Benefits:
0.02 micron UF membrane – Filters out solids / particulates as small as 0.02 micron including: bacteria, protozoa, cysts, viruses, algae, dirt, mold, silt, colloidal silica, clay, iron, sand, lead particulate, and more.
Preserves healthful minerals in drinking water
It also feature two high performance 0.50 submicron carbon filters that reduce volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), chlorine, chloramines, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, lead, trihalomethanes (THMs), methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), and more
Produces water on demand – no storage tank which saves space and is more sanitary
Does not produce reject water (water conservation)
Operates smoothly under low pressure
Change the water filters quickly, easily, and less often.

More about the Premiere PS-PH200 Ultrafiltration + Alkaline System
The Premiere PS-PH200 ultrafiltration + alkaline water filter system produces clean, alkaline water on demand. This system removes tiny particles as small as 0.02 micron while maintaining and adding beneficial minerals back into the water. It increases the pH to 8.5 – 10 and increases the negative oxidation reduction potential (ORP). This system alkalizes water by adding organic and natural calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium ions. The PS-PH200 removes bacteria including cysts, viruses, giardia, and cryptosporidium. It also reduces chlorine, fluoride, chemicals, and heavy metals. There is no storage tank which means it’s compact and there is no bacteria growth in the system. The PS-PH200 is completely efficient compared to reverse osmosis systems; with ultrafiltration, no water is lost to drain during purification.
Premiere PS-PURUF System Features and Benefits:
Increases pH to 8.5 – 10 and increases the negative oxidation reduction potential (antioxidant level)
Preserves and increases healthful minerals in drinking water
The PS-PH200’s 0.02 micron UF membrane filters out solids / particulates as small as 0.02 micron including: bacteria, protozoa, cysts, viruses, algae, dirt, mold, silt, colloidal silica, clay, iron, sand, lead particulate, and more
Enjoy peace of mind that the PS-PH200’s 0.02 micron membrane removes bacteria (up to 99.9999+%), viruses (up to 99.99+%), and giardia & cryptosporidium (up to 99.95+%) from your drinking water.
The post-filter housings contain an alkaline filter cartridge and a 0.5 micron carbon filter cartridge
Alkaline cartridge – GAC coconut shell carbon block cartridge adds back essential and beneficial elements such as ionized calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium
High performance 0.50 micron carbon filter reduces volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), chlorine, chloramines, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, lead, trihalomethanes (THMs), methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), and more
